PolarPop 的部分地名数据来自 GeoNames，并依据 Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License（CC BY 4.0）使用。

PolarPop 对 GeoNames 的 cities5000 和 alternateNamesV2 数据进行了筛选、语言精简及 SQLite 格式转换，用作设备端离线地理编码兜底。相关离线查询不会将照片位置或 GPS 坐标发送给 GeoNames。

GeoNames 数据按现状提供，不保证其准确性、及时性或完整性。GeoNames 不对 PolarPop 提供认可或背书。

PolarPop includes place-name data from GeoNames, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

PolarPop modifies the GeoNames cities5000 and alternateNamesV2 datasets by filtering supported place types and languages and converting the data into a compact offline SQLite database. Offline lookups do not send photo locations or GPS coordinates to GeoNames.

GeoNames data is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. GeoNames does not endorse or sponsor PolarPop.
